Directors Report (Cloud)

What it is: The Directors Report in Draftworx Cloud is a standard illustrative section of the Annual Financial Statements that can be customised to suit each client engagement's specific requirements.

What it's for

The Directors Report is a mandatory component of the Annual Financial Statements in which directors disclose relevant information about the company's affairs. Because every client engagement is different, Draftworx provides a customisable template: notes can be opened or closed, and rows can be shown or hidden to match exactly what each set of directors needs to report.

How to do it

Customising the Directors Report

1. Open the Annual Financial Statements and navigate to the Directors Tab.
2. Open or close Notes, and show or hide rows as required to achieve the desired output. Refer to the Basic Functionality in the Annual Financial Statements guide for how to open and close notes.
3. Open any additional Notes that the directors want to report on, or that are required by the relevant reporting standard.
